Information you provide directly

When you submit a contact or mystery-shop form, book a call through our scheduling tool, contact us by phone, or reach out by email, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, dealership name, job title, and the details of your message. This information is used to respond to your inquiry and provide the services you’ve requested.

Training platform usage

When you use Dealer Intel Academy demos or training scenarios, the platform may collect performance data such as session scores, completion status, and scenario selections. This data is anonymous and is not tied to your personal identity unless you have created an account with a team subscription.

Phone interactions

When you call our business phone line, our virtual assistant may collect your name, phone number, dealership name, role, and the reason for your call. This information is used to facilitate a callback and is not shared with third parties for their own marketing.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our websites, our hosting and delivery providers may automatically receive standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages requested, and referral source as part of serving and securing the site.

Analytics cookies

If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use dealerintel.group, for example pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and referral source. Analytics storage is denied by default until you choose Accept on our cookie banner. You can decline analytics cookies on that banner, clear site data in your browser to see the banner again, or use Google’s browser opt-out tools described at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. • Google Calendar: scheduling and booking. When you book a call, Google collects the information you provide under Google’s privacy policy
• Quo: phone answering and call handling. Call information collected by our virtual assistant is used only for callback purposes
• Vercel: website hosting and delivery

Data retention

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. Anonymous analytics and training performance data may be retained for platform improvement purposes.

Your rights

Children’s privacy

Our websites and services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
