About
Stores don’t lose deals because people don’t care. They lose them because nobody can see what’s actually happening, from the first BDC call to the fixed ops handoff.

On the phones in a BDC, setting appointments.
On the floor, learning why half of them never showed.
In the GM's chair, accountable for all of it, including advertising and fixed ops.
Installing the systems I wish someone had handed me.
We don’t sell more advertising. We help you close the leads you already paid for.
Small engagements, plain language, and a standing rule: if we can't show you the number we moved, we shouldn't be there. For dealer groups, that means benchmarking reports and monthly leadership reviews that keep every rooftop pointed at the same standard.
Typical first conversations cover which rooftop, which brands, what the floor looks like on a busy Saturday, and what you have already tried. From there we either recommend a mystery shop, point you to training, or tell you we are not the right fit. That last answer is on purpose. A bad match wastes your time and ours.
Questions that are not a shop request belong on the contact page. When you already know you want a shop, use the mystery shop request.
We'll evaluate your store through an internet and phone mystery shop, then personally walk you through the findings and what we'd address first during a private review call. No contract, no commitment, no pressure to continue.
