Most mystery shop programs tell you whether a call happened. That's not the same as telling you why it converted, or why it didn't.
Every shop we run measures the same things, consistently, across every channel:
And we weight this heavily toward the first three days after a lead comes in, because that's the window where most deals are actually won or lost. A process that's excellent by day ten doesn't help you if the lead already bought somewhere else on day two.
A report or any data without the proper context is useless. Anyone can hand you a scorecard. The harder, and more useful, part is explaining what the numbers actually mean for your specific store: which gap is costing you the most deals right now, and what to fix first.
That's why we don't just deliver a report and leave. We personally review every result and walk you through what it means and what to prioritize, on a private call, not a generic action plan template.
A store that "always calls back" but takes 41 minutes to make the first call, or "follows up for two weeks" but actually stops after the second unanswered text, isn't lying to you on purpose. They just don't have visibility into their own process. The measurement is the product. The fix is usually straightforward once you can actually see the gap.
